Explore our 2024 Boarding and Lease Program, offering a range of options to meet your equestrian needs. From Full Service Board to Dry Stall/DIY and unique lease packages, we provide a variety of choices to suit every rider.

BOARDING
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PRICING:
 

Full-Service Board

• Includes hay 4 times per day, as well as during turn out.

• Premium grain and supplements fed 2-3 times daily.

• Stall cleaned twice daily with ample shavings.

• Daily group or individual turn out, or hand walking if required.

• Daily blanket, booting and bandage changes (*extra fees may be applicable if outside the regular daily care requirements)

• Monitored water intake and access to fresh water.

• Access to indoor and outdoor riding arenas and hacking trails on site.

• Access to experienced equine sports-specific team of professionals.

• Spacious locker for equipment storage.

• Management, booking, and holding for farrier and veterinary appointments if needed.

**Lessons and training packages can be added on to suit you and your horse's needs

Full-Service & Training Board

• Includes everything from Full-Service Board, plus:

• 3 lessons plus 1 training ride per week. Additional training rides can replace lessons upon absences or in the case of horses requiring professional rides and seldom ridden by their owners.

• Priority for ring time, clinics, shows, off-property schoolings, etc.

• Opportunity to attend Bronze, Silver, and Gold shows with the SFR Equestrian Team.
   

DIY/Dry Stall Board - NEW 2024!
We are now offering stall rentals for those looking to care for their horses independently. This option includes:

• Rental of 1 stall and paddock space.

• Use of indoor and outdoor riding arena and hacking trails on site.

• Spacious locker for equipment storage.

• All labour and supplies must be owner-provided.

**Lesson packages with our on-site coaches can be added if desired.

Outdoor Board - NEW 2024!

• Space in a suitable group turnout paddock with 24/7 access to hay, water, and shelter year-round.

• Grain feedings once daily of owner-provided or SFR grains and basic supplements.

• Access to all facilities and amenities including a tack locker and additional storage space, indoor and outdoor riding rings, trails, laundry, wash racks, etc.

• Includes blanketing, holding for vet and farrier, and scheduling of herd health appointments.

• Additional grain feedings or specialized care can be arranged at an additional cost.

LEASING
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PRICING:

Full-Lease 

• Typically consists of a one-time, upfront Lease Fee payable to Owner of 30% of animal’s value.

• Required to enroll for Full Training Board.

• The client is responsible for all veterinarian, farrier fees, entry fees, off-site stabling fees, off-site coaching fees and transportation fees (additional fees for housing and travel may apply).

In addition to the 3 lessons and 1 training ride, 1-2 free rides will be allotted each week.

Half-Lease 

• Consists of a one-time upfront lease fee depending on horse’s value.

• Half-board fees include Full Training (3 lessons per week. Lessons can be substituted for training rides or free rides).

• The client is responsible for half the regular vet, half the farrier, all entry fees, all off-site coaching fees. Off-site stabling fees and transportation fees can be split if sharing the horse with another rider.

• Provides the opportunity to compete at 4-7 Silver or Gold shows

 

Intro Show Package

• Consists of using an SFR Equestrian lesson horse to attend 2-4 bronze level shows.

• Priority horse fee for the months of your selected shows is required.

• Day lease fee is charged for all competition days to cover the cost of the horse rental.

• Can only be used when taking two lessons per week.

• Show entry fees, off-site stabling, off-site coaching, and transportation fees are all in addition to this package.

Priority Horse Selection

• Once-a-week lessons and twice-a-week lessons are available in addition to regular lesson fees.

• Allows student to reserve the same horse for all their lessons.

• Substituted for a different horse or credited if horse becomes unavailable due to sale or lameness.

• Required for the month during which you are showing in order to attend any competitions. Attending competitions is not required and is voluntary and subject to all additional competition fees including day lease fee.
